Had to special order and pick up at my local Lowe''s, since I couldn''t check out in store display. Item was flat packed and a heavy, awkward and large box. I can over look the pain of carrying up a flight of stairs, as I''ve purchased several items that were flat packed from Ikea.
Time to build- as soon as I opened the box, the back of the cabinet was laying on top and to my disappointment it was 3 flimsy sections of sprayed white cardboard that would be connected by two strips of grooved plastic. Not thrilled, but figured maybe it wouldn''t be so noticeable once the doors were on and I had items on the shelves. Some of the pre-drilled holes were either too shallow or not aligned to the object they were supposed to attach, one door knob was defective, preventing the screw from reaching the threads of the knob through the hole on the door. All caused damage to surfaces and, if possible, a cheaper appearance, oh yeah and a missing door knob. 1.5 hrs into frustration, disappointment, and building the unit (using exploded diagrams as instructions provided), the document should have identified: 1. Not to install the support bar on the bottom of the stand until after placed over the toilet and 2. Attach the cabinet to the stand only once positioned over toilet.
Now with cheap contraption over the toilet, more problems! 1. If you have molding or floor boards at the bottom of your wall, the stand must be positioned a couple of inches from the wall. This creates an unattractive gap behind the cabinet. 2. Positioning the stand against the floor board puts the cabinet too far from the wall to use any wall anchoring. 3. The feet that screw into the bottom are not for leveling or substantial enough to compensate for instability of the stand. If you anchor to the wall, the front feet will not reach the ground. 4. The support bar that installs on the back of the stand did not clear the water source to the toilet. Once removed, the cabinet was obviously more unstable.
At this point, I was done playing! I removed the cabinet from the stand, removed the stand and now the product is sitting by the door to be taken out to the trash. Money and time wasted, and disappointed and frustrated enough to create an account on lowes.com to write my first review on a terrible product.

Review of Elegant Home Fashions 7367 Neal Space Saver
By Richard Finkle from Scottsdale, AZ on Mar 19, 2012
This product is of average quality. The fasteners are very low quality and two of the quick connect items broke when turned. They are very soft metal. Also, no spares included so I could not complete the assembly.
The materials are a combination of wood and MDF. Instructions are clear.
I'm sorry I made the purchase.
