Administrative Assistant

Performs administrative duties for President. Responsibilities may include managing calendars; arranging travel, meetings and event arrangements; preparing reports and financial data including expense reporting; data entry and invoice processing, filing and general organizational support. Requires strong computer and Internet research skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors. Sensitivity to confidential matters will be required.

The Required Minimum qualifications are:

  • Listening and Communication Skills: You will be expected to follow instruction from your supervisor, and your ability to understand those instructions with little or no follow up will be appreciated by your boss. Also, you might need to relate messages or instructions to others based from your supervisor. Good listening and communication skills ensures that the information is relayed correctly.
  • People/Interpersonal Skills: You will be working directly with at least one person: your boss. But you also might be the first line of communication between your superior and the outside world, potentially speaking with clients, other employees and upper management.
  • Organizational Skills: Your supervisor will likely rely on you to keep the working day in order. Scheduling meetings, travel plans, billing, etc. will all require you to have terrific organizational skills.
  • Computer Skills: Writing emails, transcribing notes, faxing, copying, and creating spreadsheets or printing documents figure heavily in an Administrative assistant's day.
  • 2+ years working in a professional office setting, with knowledge of how to answers calls and emails timely and professionally

Associate Product Owner

Summary

The principle purpose of the Associate Product Owner is to help prioritize, plan, and manage projects through the implementation process in support of the overall business strategy. These projects may span across multiple channels including online, customer care, and other partner channels. They are designed to increase sales and profitability, drive customer acquisition / retention, and or enhance ATGStores.com’s brand. Project scope often encompasses productivity tools, consumer interactions, and company systems.

The Associate Product Owner will also have primary responsibility for working with the IT delivery teams and Business Analysts to communicate priorities, business strategy, and ensure key requirements are clearly communicated. She/he will need to bring a level of technical knowledge and ability around how websites are constructed and operated in order to ensure ATGStores.com builds out the most effective experience/systems/components available working closely with UX, Front End Developers and back-end IT architects.

The Associate Product Owner will be responsible for managing and providing results that support the ATGStores.com platform.

In addition, the Associate Product Owner will work closely with the ATGStores.com business teams, information technology teams , application and services vendors, and numerous other internal and external parties with the goal of clearly defining and delivering to the ATGStores.com strategy.

Essential

  • Represent the business needs and requirements to drive feature implementation & development through collaboration with Business Stakeholders, On-line experience and IT delivery teams.
  • Understand, communicate, and support the implementation of market-based product strategy and requirements within the delivery team.
  • Maintain a prioritized feature backlog based on business value ROI, alignment with Product Strategy, and resource capacity.
  • Build and leverage solid working relationships with business and product stakeholders, other Associate Product Owners, and the architecture and strategy teams to facilitate the achievement of Product Strategy.
  • Inspire and guide the delivery organization toward product feature implementation.
  • Define and clearly articulate requirements (User Stories) and Acceptance Criteria (Use Cases).
  • Decompose large requirements (Epics) into small requirements (Stories).

Required Minimum Qualifications

  • 4 year degree – IT, Product Management, Business, Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or similar
  • 3+ years experience in 2 or more of the following: project management, product management, business analysis, program management or product marketing
  • 3+ years experience working with cross-functional peers, vendors and multiple stakeholder groups
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams without direct report relationships

Business Intelligence Analyst

Business Intelligence is the process of using various techniques to transform raw data into meaningful and useful information with the purpose of delivering actionable insights and driving profitable business interactions. BI Analysts take a holistic approach to solutions to include systems, processes and people with a solid understanding of general business theory and ecommerce practices. An ideal candidate possesses the ability and willingness to independently analyze data and produce accurate and thorough project deliverables.

Functions and Responsibilities

  • Provide domain and technology expertise, often in a consultative role. This would be for both project specific work as well as early discovery when our business users have identified an early need.
  • Plan and execute thoughtful analysis that promotes collaboration with our stakeholders, focuses the conversation on the voice of the customer, ensures business process and needs are deeply understood and captured, and builds in continuous feedback loops.
  • Elicit business needs and shape these needs into a project or set of projects. This person must have a holistic approach to solutions to include processes, data, systems and people.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand their information needs and translate these into business, functional, and technical requirements. This individual will need to deeply understand and communicate needs to both business and technically minded participants.
  • Use financial and business acumen to analyze and understand the meaning of reported numbers, and help answer top-level business questions by translating data into management insight.
  • Create and maintain standardized, custom and ad hoc SQL and BI reports to support internal and external customer requirements, including the online reporting portal.
  • Provide input to drive the vision and to extend the usage of the ATGStores.com BI team.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or similar required.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills to partner effectively with our program stakeholders and IT teams. This should include experience in conveying complex data and technical concepts in a manner that is easily understood by non-technical consumers.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills including an understanding of how to interpret client business needs and translate to functional and/or technical requirements
  • Proven experience in the design of business intelligence solutions, capturing and translating complex business needs into clearly understood requirements and designs.
  • Experience with Big Data analytics preferred.

Vendor Account Manager

Established in 1999, ATGStores.com, with 14 years of SOLID growth in the rapidly growing E-tailer arena of Mass Merchants, is currently seeking talented and motivated self-starters with strong leadership skills to become Vendor Account Managers on our Business Development Team. Vendor Account Managers are responsible for the performance of a particular set of manufacturers within a Product division of ATGStores.com.

Tasks include calling on manufacturers at least quarterly to develop a sales strategy, working with the Merchandising Team to keep all of the products up-to-date, seeking out new Vendors and attending tradeshows and working with the Marketing Department on promotions and merchandise the web site so that our customers will have an intuitive shopping experience.

Commercial Accounts Executive

The Commercial Accounts Executive is responsible for managing existing commercial accounts along with developing new relationships by assisting them in finding the right products to complete their project. We frequently process $50,000 + orders and anticipate the average order value to increase substantially as building has picked back up again.

Externally - We work with interior design firms, contractors, architects and directly with several large companies such as Boeing, Hilton, Wyndham and Disney. You will be corresponding directly with these companies and consulting with them the type of products they need, their budget and when they need the product. Once you've assisted in finding the right products and verified stock and lead time with the Manufacturer, you will be generating a price competitive quote to the customer and following up to ensure we earn their business.

Internally - You will work directly with several departments to ensure a smooth transaction for our customer and ATGStores.com, including; Accounting, Freight/Fulfillment, Business Development and Marketing. Problem solving and communication outside the department is encouraged. We welcome new ideas & innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to marketing efforts to build brand awareness and earn more business from current customers
  • Identify areas of opportunity and create plans to capitalize on your findings
  • Knowledge of ATGStores.com's product offering and website navigation
  • Frequent contact with existing customers to ensure we never miss a quotation opportunity

  • Proficiency in; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Ability to do routine business math calculations including computation of sales costs, margins and quotes.

  • Excellent organization skills needed to juggle many quotes at a time for current customers while maintaining a satisfactory level of daily "prospecting" to generate new customers.
