When I made the purchase online it did not show that they didn't have the product in stock. After the purchase I kept getting emails pushing my shipping date back. Luckily, we were able to fashion a substitute and were not greatly affected by the shipping delays. On my third email notifying me of another delay I called the company and they said it was in stock and didn't know why it sent me the emails. I don't have any complaints about the product itself, it was a good deal and the only place I could find this part.
