Lite Source Warranty


Lite Source Warranty Terms and Conditions: 1. All products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for one year from date of purchase. Light bulbs are not warranted. 2. The industry standard for defective merchandise are problems with finish, construction or operation. 3. Should a product arrive with broken glass or missing parts, ATG may issue a no charge replacement order through EDI. 4. Should a product arrive with a defect or develop a problem after installation during the one year warranty period, ATG will request an RGA. 5. Lite Source will evaluate the request, and reserves the option of sending a replacement part when this is the simplest and easiest way to correct the problem. Lite Source will not send parts that require fixture or lamp rewiring or disassembly, such as sockets or bases. Fulfillment will be advised in a timely manner. 6. Lite Source also reserves the option to request a digital photo of the defect in rare situations when the item return cost exceeds reason. Fulfillment will be advised in a timely manner. 7. If a simple part can't resolve the defect, Lite Source will issue a call tag for pick up to the shipped-to address. 8. The customer is responsible for having the defective product ready and available for call tag pick-up. 9. If the customer does not respond to the call tag, there will be no credit. 10. Lite Source will inspect the defective product upon return to the Lite Source warehouse. If it is defective, the original invoice will be cre4dited. 11. If the product is NOT defective, shipping costs and call tag expense will be deducted from credit due. NOTE: ATG receives a waiver of standard restock fees. 12. Lite Source is unable to process no charge orders for complete fixtures or lamps sent via EDI, and ATG agrees to not issue them. Complete lamp or fixture replacement purchase orders must be priced to expedite order entry and shipping. Please Remember: the original purchase order will be credited when the defective merchandise is returned.
