Tony Hawk Autographed 'Loop of Death' Photograph
Tony Hawk was inspired by Hot Wheels as a kid and then he saw a guy attempt a full loop on a skateboard around the time he started skating. He finally got the chance to build one in 1995 and it took a while to figure it out. He didn't make it successfully until he built a proper one in 1997. In 2003, he incorporated it into Steiner Sports' Boom Boom Huck Jam tour. He made it every night for 30 shows and has since retired the Loop of Death. He has no plans of doing it again.
