Thoroughbred Racings Last three Triple Crown Champions Signed
Three Kentucky Derby images of the last three Triple Crown winning horses are authentically signed by the three up jockeys, Ron Turcotte, Jean Cruguet, and Steve Cauthen with descriptive plaques, replica race tickets, a riding crop - all matted and framed.
Ron Turcotte became internationally famous in 1973 when he rode Secretariat to win the first Triple Crown in 25 years. He was North America's leading stakes-winning jockey in 1972 and 1973. He became the first jockey to win back-to-back Kentucky Derby’s since Jimmy Winkfield in 1902 and is the only jockey to ever have won five of the six consecutive Triple Crown races.
Jean Cruguet rode the two-year-old colt Seattle Slew in 1976 to victory the Kentucky Derby, Preakness Stakes, and the Belmont Stakes, thereby capturing American racing's Triple Crown.
Steve Cauthen became the youngest jockey in 1978 to ever win the U. S. Triple Crown, riding Affirmed.
