We've been in our house for 5 years and we're now having to repair or replace this product for the THIRD time. The first time it started leaking we replaced it with the same product. Now it's leaking again and I'm not sure I want to replace itwith the same product again. When it doesn't leak it works perfectly. By the way, I used professional plumbers to install this product both times - I did not install it myself.

I had a professional plumber install the waterstone 5000 in the summer of 2007 - in under 4 years of operation it has now had a fire - the element caught on fire, resulting in the fire department coming out. You've got to be kidding me?! Even the lowly ISE tank for about $150 just started leaking after SIX years. I will not buy again!

Typical of same kinds of products. Wish they made them a little smaller because of space constraints. Fixture Univers did a great job on our entire order.
