Mouth-blown by Urban in Murano, Italy. A planned yet somewhat random assortment of "murrinas" are arranged on a metal tray, then warmed and fused. The master then picks up the glass on a punte rod and blows the final shape. This technique, known as "millefiori" or a "thousand flowers" has a long-standing place in history of Murano glassblowing.
Please note: No two shades are exactly alike. There will always be variations, which is typical of a handmade product and contributes to its beauty.
