There are 3 distinct ratings to familiarize yourself with: dry, damp, and wet. Dry locations: Areas where any dampness that occurs can be easily compensated for by ventilation, such as kitchens, living rooms, and dining rooms. Damp locations: Areas where some moisture and condensation can build up, normally bathrooms. Wet locations: Areas where water or liquids may drip, such as open decks, stairwells, and patios.
Light therapy works at different levels for a combined beneficial effect. Sun-simulating full-spectrum light fixtures are directly energizing, combating mood-associated fatigue. Therapeutic lighting can also stimulate the brain's production of beneficial neurochemicals, as well as help correct internal body clock misalignments that effect appetite and sleep.
