Dry locations: Areas where any dampness that occurs can be easily compensated for by ventilation, such as kitchens, living rooms, and dining rooms. Damp locations: Areas where some moisture and condensation can build up, normally bathrooms. Wet locations: Areas where water or liquids may drip, such as open decks, stairwells, and patios.
