Flat Incline/Decline Bench
The FID46 Flat Incline Decline Bench is based on a heavy gauge 3" round stock steel mainframe, with a nine position seat and back pads that are a full 2" thick and will never bottom out, guaranteed. Perfect for all types of barbell and dumbbell exercises, the FID46 works great in Power Racks, Smith Machines and the strongest leverage gym system in existence.
In addition to all the intense upper body exercises the FID46 delivers, the leg developer provides a concentrated lower body workout. Perform leg extensions with full 90 degree seat back support and lying leg curls from the traditional arched prone position.

Fitness products are made with either the commercial user in mind or the home user in mind. Commercial products are typically higher quality construction that can handle multiple users every day (for schools, gyms, or clubs). Home fitness products have the home user in mind (space saving, affordable cost, and multifunctional).
Once you have selected the type and functionality of your home gym, the next step is to determine what muscle group you are looking to train. By selecting a muscle group, this will insure the machines listed are specialized for the muscle group of your interest.
