Robert T "Bobby" Jones Jr. Black & White Portrait
Robert T "Bobby" Jones Jr. (1902 – 1971) was an American amateur golfer, Instructor, Equipment Designer, and Lawyer who retired from competition at age 28. He founded and helped design the Augusta National Golf Club in 1933 and also co-founded the Tournament, now known as "The Masters". Jones played in 31 majors, winning 13 - U.S Open in 1923, 1926, 1929 and 1930, U.S Amateur in 1924, 1925, 1927, 1928 and 1930, The Open in 1926, 1927 and 1930, British Amateur in 1930. Jones was a 1974 World Golf Hall of Fame Inductee. A black and white 24"x30" portrait showing him at Pinehurst Country Club in 1934 is matted and framed.
