European design melds with American engineering, offering the market an appealing alternative to decorative hardware. FSB 1144 is a lever handle styled to appeal to eye and hand in equal measure. The message the eye receives from Jasper Morrison’s design is that this handle is a hand-operated device for opening doors. Reassured, the hand reaches out. The thumb comes to rest; the index settles in its recess; the hand clenches to give a firm grip. All the good-grip criteria identified by Otl Aicher and ourselves have been met.

Lever dimensions: Length: 5.16" (131mm) – Projection: 2.48" (63mm).
Accommodates door thicknesses 1¾" and greater.
Standard back sets 2½" and 2¾" as well as narrow back sets 2" and 1¾" available; some functions are only available with a standard backset.
0.31" (8mm) spindle.
Stainless steel or aluminum; stainless steel is strongly recommended for high traffic and heavy-duty applications.
ASA Strike regularly supplied with curved lip (ANSI Standard A 115.1).
Specify handing, backset, and door thickness below.
ADA compliant.
