We had some similar handles from Ikea that we decided to replace because they were difficult to use on heavy drawers - you had to pinch them fairly hard to pull open the drawer. I found these on this site and decided to try them. They look very nice, are MUCH easier to use since they have the lip underneath that your finger tips can grab, save space because they don't stick out 2 inches from the door surface like normal kitchen handles, and we like the style because what you mostly see are your cabinet doors instead of a lot of hardware. Highly recommend.
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because I believe they could be made either a little bit thicker or of a stronger metal. I've only had them for about a week and by no means think they will break with normal wear and tear but they do have a little flex which could be interpreted as a weaker metal and could possible lead to the screws coming undone over time.
These drawer pulls are sleek, low profile, and functional. I have them on all my cabinet doors and drawers in my kitchen, and they look great.

I ordered several different edge pulls as samples and ultimately did not choose one. This one looked great, but was not as heavy/sturdy as the same style from Top Knobs. I am very happy I ordered several because you can not tell the difference in weight and thickness from the photos. I do not recall the price difference. I think this pull will look just as nice if you need to save a few bucks, but I definitely preferred the heavier feel of the Top Knob version.
