ATG Stores owns and operates over 500 online stores and 4 brick-and-mortar showrooms to meet the home and commercial product needs of interior designers, architects, builders, homeowners and lighting specifiers. Online stores include: LightingUniverse.com, FixtureUniverse.com, FloorsandSurfaces.com, KnobsandHardware.com, and DecorUniverse.com. Combined, our stores provide customers access to over 3 million products from more than 1700 manufacturers.
How much can I earn?
ATG Stores Affiliates can earn a commission on each sale of a Qualifying Product from any of ATG Stores's online stores.
Which ATG Stores stores participate in the Affiliate Program?
All ATG Stores online stores participate in the Affiliate Program. They are LightingUniverse.com, FixtureUniverse.com, KnobsandHardware.com, FloorsandSurfaces.com, and DecorUniverse.com.
Our brick-and-mortar showrooms are excluded from the Internet Affliate Program.
How much does it cost to become an ATG Stores Affiliate?
It's Free. There is no cost to become and ATG Stores Affiliate. It takes just a few minutes to apply and once approved only a few minutes more to put rich media advertisements on your site.
Is my site eligible to become an ATG Stores Affiliate?
Anyone can apply to the program, as long as you have a website, are interested in promoting our products, and you site not deemed offensive or pornographic. While we accept applications from all interested parties, please know that we are not able to approve all applicants.
How do I sign up?
First, you must read and accept our Affiliate Terms and Conditions Agreement. Then you complete our online application form. After your application is submitted, we will contact you via email to let you know if you have been accepted as an ATG Stores Affiliate, and we will provide you with information on how to get started.
How long does the application process take?
It usually takes 2 to 3 business days to review your application and approve the site URL you submitted.
Who processes orders and handles customer service?
ATG Stores handles processing of orders and customer service for customers you refer to our stores. All you need to do is place the authorized banners and links on your site.
What are my responsibilities as an Affiliate?
You are responsible for using only the authorized rich media materials and links we provide you with to place on your site. We take care of everything else.
What are ATG Stores's responsibilities?
We provide you with the tools and support to help you maximize sales through your site. We also handle orders, shipping, billing for customers you refer to us, as well as track Affiliates vistor conversions, statistic reporting, and commission accrual.
Can I still join if I live outside the United States?
No, we currently do not accept or approve affiliate applications for companies or sites hosted outside the United States.
Can a non-profit or club join the Affiliate Program?
Yes, we encourage anyone with a site that may benefit from promoting complimentary and relevant products to join the Affiliate Program.
Can I operate multiple web sites?
Yes, however a separate application is necessary for us to issue a unique affiliate ID for each approved site.
How do I change my account information?
After you have been accepted as an ATG Stores Affiliate, you will be given access to your personal Affiliate Dashboard. You can only change your account information from Dashboard site.

How do I create links to ATG Stores store sites?
Creating links is easy. All you have to do is go to the Media Library for each store and follow the step-by-step instructions. We provide you with the necessary HTML code for you to cut and paste into your site.
How do I put a banner or text link on my site?
Go to the Media Library for each store on the Affiliate Dashboard and choose the rich media banners you want to use on your site. Below each banner is the necessary link code in HTML. You simply follow the step-by-step instructions to cut and paste the code into your site.
Where should I place banners and links on my site?
You should place banners and links where they are easy for your site visitors to find, such as your home page or content cover pages, and other high traffic pages. By placing banners and links in an easily accessible location on your site, your visitors will be more likely to see them and make a purchase.
How do I link to specific pages on ATG Stores store sites?

How often should I update my links and banners?
You should update links and banners to our store regularly. We are continually adding new products and shopping features. You should also create new links that fit the current and changing interests of your visitors.
Can I use your content on my site?
You may use the rich media banners and links we provide for you. However you may not use any logos, banners, links or self-created advertising materials, which are not provided in the Affiliate Program Media Library.
Where should I send my traffic to on ATG Stores store sites to increase conversion?
We recommend you send traffic to the top level "Shop By" and product category pages on our stores. For assistance with creating the necessary links to these pages, please contact our Affiliate Team at affiliates@alliedtradegroup.com.
Do you offer other ways to send traffic to ATG Stores stores?
Currently, we offer rich media banner ads, and text links. However, feel free to contact us about adding specific product links or electronic catalog feeds.
Who do I contact if I have technical problems with the banners and text links?

What forms of promotion can I use?
The majority of our Affiliates promote ATG Stores stores by placing rich media banners and text links on their site. You may also wish to place links in your newsletters or other opt-in promotional emails you send to your visitors. This is an excellent way to provide highly targeted information and product offerings - resulting in higher conversion rates, increased commissions for you.
Is there a certain number of links I am obligated to place on my site?
No. You may use as few or as many or as few rich media banners and text links as you like. You are encouraged to try a variety of banners and links - monitoring the results to learn which are performing best to increase your click-through, conversion rate and commission earnings.

Affiliates can potentially earn a commission on each sale of a Qualifying Product from any of ATG Stores's online stores. ATG Stores currently owns and operates five online stores, LightingUniverse.com, FixtureUniverse.com, KnobsandHardware.com, FloorsandSurfaces.com, and DecorUniverse.com.
What are the commission rates for affiliates?
Affiliate Earning Thresholds- Start at 3% so that any sales up to $2,500 earns you 3% on all your sales
- If you sell $2,501 or more then you earn 4% on all your sales
- If you sell $5,001 or more you then you earn 5% on all your sales
- If you sell $10,001 or more you then you earn 6% on all your sales
- If you sell $20,001 or more you then you earn 7% on all your sales
- If you sell $50,001 or more you then you earn 8% on all your sales
*Watch for monthly bonus promotions that can earn you even more.
When will I get paid?
All accrued commissions are paid four times a year, net 30 days following the end of each calendar quarter. Payments are sent by check.
How does ATG Stores track visitors from my site?
Affiliate's are given a unique ID, which is at the end of the tracking URL used to link to ATG Stores stores. This ID tells ATG Stores where a referral has come from in order to credit that account ID accordingly.
How long will ATG Stores track visitors?
ATG Stores will track visitors send to our stores through an Affiliate's link for 60 days and count any Qualifying Sales made during the 60 day period toward the Affiliate's earned commission.
How much money do I have to earn before I receive a payment?
Affiliates must accrue a minimum of $25.00 or more in earned commission in order to receive a payment. Earned commissions, less than the minimum accrual amount will be rolled over each payment cycle until the minimum amount is met.
Can I have my payments deposited directly into my bank account?
No, commission payments are not eligible for direct deposit into a bank account at this time.
How do I check the number of clicks I have sent and sales I have?
All clicks and sales information can be checked online through the Affiliate Dashboard.
How often are tracked statistics updated?
Statistics are updated daily. Sales statistics are updated in real-time at the conclusion of customer orders. Click statistics are updated at the end of each day.
In what currency are commissions paid?
All commissions are paid in US dollars drawn on a bank licensed, insured, and operating within the United States.
How long do I have to cash my commission check?
Commission payment checks are negotiable for 180 days (6 months) from their date of issue.
What happens if I don't cash my commission check in time?
Commission payment checks that are not cashed within 180 days (6 months) from their date of issue are not reissued. ATG Stores does not reconcile uncashed payments or credit back the earned commission to the Affiliate's account at this time.
What do I do if I don't receive my commission payment?
ATG Stores makes every effort possible to ensure Affiliate commission payments are received. If you don't receive a commission payment, please contact the ATG Stores Affiliate Program manager at affiliates@alliedtradegroup.com.
